The site collects personal data only when you provide it voluntarily:

• Booking form: full name, phone, email, chosen property and dates, number of guests and any notes.
• Direct contact: the data you choose to share by messaging us on WhatsApp or by email.

The site is static and has no server of its own storing data: the form details are used only to compose the message that you send yourself via WhatsApp or email.

Data is processed to respond to requests for information and bookings, manage availability and provide the service requested. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Contact takes place via WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) and email. By sending a message through these channels, your data is also processed according to their respective privacy notices. The site is hosted by a hosting provider that may record technical logs (e.g. IP address) for security and operational purposes.

Data provided for a request is kept for as long as needed to handle it and to comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

This site uses technical tools only:

• Technical cookies/localStorage: these store your choice on the cookie banner, so it is not shown again on every visit.
• Site operation: technical preferences needed for correct browsing (e.g. smooth scroll).

No profiling, advertising or third-party analytics cookies are used. You can delete the data saved by the site at any time from your browser settings.
